"Perspectives" is the only Franco-German cultural festival that is equally dedicated to German and French-language stage art.

From the original experiment started in 1978 - a French festival in Saarbrücken - a surprisingly long-lasting and successful cultural event has developed. This remains unique in its form to this day and adds a piece of cultural identity to the Greater Region. PERSPECTIVES has meanwhile established itself as a major festival in the Saar-Lor-Lux region for the past 41 years.

Ideally located in the border city of Saarbrücken and at the hub of the three countries, the festival captivates an international audience and has increasingly developed into a cultural event of boundless coexistence. Like no other, the festival promotes cultural exchanges between the two countries Germany and France and invites visitors to experience contemporary stage art.

Its diverse, bilingual and creative charm makes PERSPECTIVES popular in the region. We are happy to be a part of the concepts presenting scenic arts and talent.

This years the festival was cancelled due to the current health crisis.
