The Foundation supports the interim project ‘Kultur statt Großbaustelle’ (‘Culture instead of a major construction site’) by Sektor Heimat e.V. In the context of the conversion of the Rhenania building at Saarbrücken's Osthafen, the association aims to interlink music, traditional crafts, inclusion, integration, diversity, gastronomy, (socio-) culture, sport, charitable projects, theatre, art, events, studios, rehearsal rooms and workshops as well as other related areas and to use them in an interdisciplinary manner. In doing so, it will rely on a planning office maintained with Kulturgut Ost GmbH. The funding will support two educational workshop series.
