The "Zeig, was du kannst!" project of the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw) has been offering educational programmes for pupils with starting difficulties since 2007. Pupils in the lower secondary school stream (7th - 9th grade) are supported who, despite their potential, have difficulties entering working life due to a lack of support. The participating pupils are recruited by their teachers and personally supported by sdw coaches for three years - in the last two years of school and in the first year of vocational training. In addition to monthly coaching sessions, seminars and future camps are also held regularly, where participants receive intensive support.
